1. Check in first at the correct floor/ Check In Counter 1/F (15 May evening) and 3/F (from 16 May onwards).
请先前往正确的楼层 /入住柜台办理入住手续：1楼（5月15日晚）及3楼（自5月16日起）。
2. Arrive 10–15 minutes early for all program sessions to allow time for seating.
所有环节均需提前10–15分钟到达，以便有时间就座 。
3. Plan your Contests and Workshop choices in advance
请提前规划您的比赛和工作坊的 选 择。
4. Keep an eye on announcements/signage for room locations (See the Sketch Map of the Conference Venue)
