I. District Council

The District Council—which includes District Executive Committee members and the representatives from each Member Club, namely the Club President and/or Vice President Education—serves as the administrative governing body of the District, operating with powers delegated to the District Council by the Board of Directors of Toastmasters International.

II. Discussion Items of the Council Meeting

1. Presentation of 2025-2026 Year-end Audit Report.

2. Adoption of Club Alignment for 2026-27

3. Confirmation of District Officer for 2026-27

4. Adoption of District Budget for 2026-27

5. Reports from the District Officers

6. Any other business

III. Registration for the Council Meeting

Council members are required to register for the meeting in advance to indicate their presence for the meeting formalities and the related arrangement. Non-Council members are welcome to attend the Council Meeting but do not have the right to speak and vote.
