In addition to Communication, Leadership s an important skill we have to learn and master in a continuous basis for our personal and professional development.
With a view to shaping the future leaders at our District 89, the “A Gateway to Global Leadership” Series is launched.
Purpose:
Motivate and empower for the next level of leadership
Target Participants:
Members and non-Toastmasters guests who have the aspiration for service leadership, especially the current and potential Club and District Officers
Coverage of Leadership Roles
It covers the basic Club Officer roles like President, Vice President – Education (VPE), Vice President – Public Relations, etc., serving beyond the Club as Area Director / Division Director, stepping up for District leadership roles including Club Growth Director, Program Quality Director, District Director, etc., escalating further to serve at the global level as an international officer like Region Advisor and International Director (District 89 is under Region 14)
