To identify and nurture exceptional training professionals, and provide a platform for District 89 members to showcase their talents at the 2026 Zhuhai Conference.

Contest Benefits
比赛收获
Winners will receive certificates and trophies,and there will be an opportunity to receive the award of Hall of Fame at the 2026 Zhuhai Conference.
获奖者将获得荣誉证书及奖杯，并有机会在珠海峰会的名人殿堂领取该奖项。
Grand Prize Winner: Opportunity to serve as a workshop speaker at the 2026 Zhuhai Conference.
特等奖获奖者：有机会登上2026年珠海峰会担任工作坊讲师。
Contest Content
比赛课程内容
Participants must design a 15-20 minute workshop based on Toastmasters International's education series. Topics may be self-selected, but content must align with one of the following themes.(If selected as a workshop for the 2026 Zhuhai Conference, your session will last 40-45 minutes.)
以国际演讲会课程内容为基准，任选一个主题设计15-20分钟课程，题目可自拟。（如入选峰会工作坊讲师,工作坊时间将是40-45分钟的时长。）

Contest Judges
评委团队
The judges will be composed of Trio, Past District Directors, Past District Officers, Past workshop speakers etc.
评委团队将由：大区总监 、大区教育质量总监、大区市场发展总监、往届大区总监、往届大区干事、其他中国大区干事、峰会工作坊讲师等组成。
Contest Procedure
比赛流程
Round 1: 第一轮：初赛
1. Submission Requirements 资料提交
- A) Resume: Highlight Toastmasters experience and prior training experience (inside or outside Toastmasters).
个人简历：需包含国际演讲会经历及过往培训经验（会内外皆可）。
- B) Training Outline:
A PPT outlining workshop structure (within 20 minutes), objects, teaching methods, and assessment plan .
课程大纲： 以PPT形式提交的（20分钟内的）工作坊课件（含课程结构、教学目标、方法及评估方式)。
- A Word document detailing interaction plan includes but not limited to content, time allocation, and interactive ways. Or a workshop recording can be used to present the content（Bilibili or Youtube link for display is acceptable for upload.）
以Word文档形式补充工作坊的互动计划（包括但不限于教学环节、时间分配及互动设计）。或者以工作坊的录像呈现（可上传至哔哩哔哩网站或Youtube 网站链接展示）。
2. Judging Criteria 评选方式
- Experience and qualifications (30%).
讲师资历及经验（30%）。
- Creativity, practicality, structural clarity, and PPT quality (70%).
课程创意性、实用性、结构清晰度及PPT制作质量（70%）。
3. Finalists 晋级名额
Top 6 from each group to final.
中文组、英文组各选前6名晋级决赛。
District training contest committee reserves the right to adjust the number of finalists according to the number of participants.
大区培训比赛委员会保留根据参赛人数调整最终晋级人数的权利。
Round 2: Final 第二轮：决赛
1. Format 决赛形式
Deliver a 15-20-minute workshop based on the submitted PPT. Final PPT adjustments must be submitted 5 days prior.
根据初赛提交的PPT进行15-20分钟现场教学演示，PPT修改版需于决赛前5日提交。

3. Judging Criteria 评分标准
Content quality, teaching methods, audience engagement, and presenter charisma.
教学内容质量、方法创新性、现场互动效果及讲师表现力。
4. Awards 奖项设置
- Group Winners: 5 Runner-ups (certificates + gifts), 1 Champion (certificate + trophy).
每组：5名优胜奖（证书+奖品），1名冠军（证书+奖杯+奖品）。
- Grand Prize: One overall champion selected from all group winners.
特等奖：由两组组冠军中评选出1名。
5. Grand Prize Incentive 特别奖励
The Grand Prize winner will receive a Letter of Intent to become a workshop speaker at the 2026 Zhuhai Conference.
特等奖获得者将得到2026年珠海峰会工作坊讲师意向书。
The recipient of the Letter of Intent, after participating in training sessions with the District 89 conference Team and passing the evaluation to meet the district’s requirements, may be formally invited as a workshop speaker for the 2026 Zhuhai Conference.
意向书获得者在配合峰会团队培训并通过评估后，可被邀请成为珠海峰会讲师。
According to the contests rules set by Toastmasters International headquarters, participants of the speech contest cannot simultaneously serve as workshop speakers at the same event. Therefore, if the Grand Prize winner is also a contestant in the district speech contest, the award will be reallocated to the next eligible candidate.
根据总部规则，演讲比赛参赛者不可同时担任同场工作坊讲师，若获奖者为大区演讲比赛参赛者，则名额顺延。

填写报名表，PPT及课程概述请发送至大区训练比赛主席宋博睿邮箱：[18701693665@163.com]，收到回复即报名成功。
Guidelines
注意事项
- Contestants must be current District 89 members and existing club members of District 89 by April 15th 2026.
比赛选手须是属于89大区现会员，同时须在2026年4月15日前为89大区已有演讲会会员。
- All content must be original; plagiarism will result in disqualification. Content is restricted to this contest and will remain undisclosed.
参赛者需确保提交内容均为原创，抄袭或侵权将取消资格。参赛内容仅做此次比赛使用，绝不外泄。
- Finalists must adhere to contest rules and venue protocols.
决赛参赛者需遵守比赛规则及现场秩序。
- District 89 reserves the right to adjust rules or awards.
89大区保留对比赛规则及奖项的调整权利。
- Participants may only join one group.
每位参赛者仅限报名一个组别。
