Eligibility：

Members who renew by Sept 30 for a full year (through Sept 30, 2026).
会员需在9月30日前完成续费，且续费期到2026年9月30日（即续费1年）

Their home clubs must submit a fully completed Club Success Plan by Sept 30, approved by the Division Director and Trio, and signed by at least 4 club officers.
会员所在分会必须在9月30日前提交有效Club Success Plan.（划重点！要认真填完所有内容，经中区总监及Trio过半数确认，还要至少4位分会干事签名确认，才能参加抽奖~）
