Sean has served in numerous leadership roles, including District 89 Director 2021-2022, Program Quality Director, Club Growth Director, Division Director, Club Sponsor, Club Mentor, Club Coach, Youth Leadership Program Coordinator, and currently serves as our District Parliamentarian.

Tuly Lan, DTM, is the Immediate Past District Director. She has been a member for 10 years.During her tenure as District Director, she successfully led District 89 to overcome achieve a remarkable turnaround. District 89 achieved "Select Distinguished District" status and ranked first in China in the Program Year 2024-2025.

Mr. YAU Kai Hung, Wilson - Deputy team lead in Hong Kong's largest project and leading over 100 staffs to support the project's delivery.Mr. Yau was working as IT head for a HK listed company. He was listed as IT Manager-In-Charge under the Securities and Future Ordinance. Apart from that, Mr. Yau also worked for Fortune 500 and well-recognised multi-national companies with over 18 years of IT experience.

Mr. Yau holds Master of Business from The University of Newcastle (Australia); Master of Science in Managerial Leadership from Edinburgh Napier University (UK) and Bachelor of Software Engineering from the University of Hong Kong.
