The collaborative event held in Seoul brought together Toastmasters from China, Japan, Korea, and Singapore, showcase a vibrant exchange of ideas and experiences.

3.  Break the Walls Within Our Mind: Reviving a Struggling Club

打破我们内心的壁垒：重振一个困难分会

Suspend or not suspend? That is a question. Division H focused on revitalizing a struggling club, the University of Macau (Students) Toastmasters Club. 

暂停还是不暂停？这是一个问题。本季度H3重点振兴了一个发展不顺的分會，实施了有针对性的策略来提升会员人数和参与度。

Through dedicated efforts, we successfully transformed it into Macau Global Universities TMC demonstrating the power of perseverance and community support

通过不懈努力，H3 小区总监成功地協助澳门大学演讲会改造為澳门全球大学演讲会，展现了坚持不懈和社群支持的力量。

Division H Director commented that while he can't say Division H have achieved their best yet, they have certainly started strong in the first quarter. 

H中区总监鄭宗侃评论他不能说H中区已经达到了最佳状态，但在這个季度确实取得了强劲的开局。

With this momentum, Division H will continue to lead by example, make it happen, and bring more surprises and shared memories to everyone!!! Let us break the walls together!!

Division R has 4 areas embracing seven cities, with significant geographical distances between them. 

R中区的4个小区分别来自7个不同的城市，各个小区的城市相距较远。

Despite these regional constraints, Division R overcame the challenges and successfully collaborated with Division W to conduct Club Officer Training (“COT”) for Area R3 and R4 in Zhuhai in July. 

但R中区克服了地域的限制，7月联合W中区在珠海成功举办了R3和R4小区的分会干事培训。

In the same month, COT for R1 in Fuzhou and R2 in Maoming were also successfully held.

在同月, R1小区在福州及R2小区在茂名也圆满举办了分会干事培训。

In addition to the successful COT training sessions for Division R, they organized anniversary celebrations in cities such as Maoming, Xiaolan, and Jiangmen to enhance members’ engagement .

除了成功举办小区分会的干事培训外，通过举办茂名、小榄、江门等国际演讲会周年庆活动，丰富分会的活动，激活会员参与感。

To support the clubs’ regular meeting, we visited the clubs in Quanzhou and Fuzhou in September and reconnect with former members of Toastmasters in different cities in Fujian Province, dedicating to create more new clubs.

为支持部分分会的发展，9月拜访了泉州、福州国际演讲会，并联系福建地区其他城市的国际演讲会原会员，致力于小区分会的创会工作。

From July to September, Division W organized 2 club officer training, one Speechcraft and two open house events. 

7 月至 9 月期間，W 中区组织了 2 场分会干事培训、1 个演讲训练营活动及 2 场开放日活动。

We also helped to build new clubs by facilitating their demo meetings and helped clubs renewing their membership due via the new method.

期间，W中区还协助新分会筹建，为其示范会议提供支持及助力各分会在新的缴费方式下顺利完成会员续费工作。

1.  Break Walls! Excel All! – Joint Speech Training Camp across Division

Under the theme "Break Walls! Excel All!" for District 89 in 2025-2026, Division O and Division H co-organized the "21-Day Master Your Stage" speech training camp, spanning Hong Kong, Zhuhai, and Macau. 

呼应89大区以“跨越界限!成就卓越!”2025-2026主题，O中区和H中区联合举办了 “21天精通演讲”演讲训练营，活动覆盖香港、珠海和澳门。

Our mission is to help emerging Toastmasters to enhance their speaking skills and build confidence as they embark on their Toastmasters journey.

旨在帮助新晋演讲会会员提升演讲技巧，增强自信，开启他们的演讲会之旅。

2.  Break Walls! Excel All! – Cross Learning Culture Among Toastmasters      Clubs

跨越界限! 成就卓越！— 演讲会跨分会间的学习文化

We held a Cantonese clubs joint meeting in September, focusing on the Mid-Autumn Festival as our theme. 

我们于九月举办了粤语演讲会联谊会，以中秋节为主题。

The atmosphere was fantastic, with everyone enjoying humorous speeches. Members were highly proactive, demonstrating the synergy between the clubs. 

会场气氛热烈，大家聆听了幽默风趣的演讲，受益匪浅。会员们积极参与，充分展现了各分会之间的协作精神。

We aim to foster this kind of cross-learning culture among the clubs to unite them. Our goal is to build strong bonds and create a happy learning environment.

我们希望在各分会之间推广这种跨界学习的文化，增强彼此的凝聚力。我们的目标是建立牢固的联系，营造一个快乐的学习环境。
