The Annual Business Meeting of the Toastmasters International 2025 Convention will be held in Philadelphia, PA, on the 22nd of August 2025. This is the best time to make your voice heard by Toastmasters International through votes.
國際演講會2025年峰會暨全球年度理事會議將於 2025 年 8 月 22 日 於美國賓夕法尼亞洲費城召開。這是通過投票讓國際演講會聽到您的聲音的最佳時機。
Each club, in good standing, has 2 votes represented by the Club President and Secretary. It’s important to make District 89’s voice heard within the Toastmasters community, and we need the support of International Officers and Directors.
每個資格完備的分會會長和秘書長各有神聖的一票。您手中的選票關系到我們 89 大區的話語權，我們需要讓國際演講會總部了解 89 大區，同時我們需要總部的幹事和總監們來支持我們。
This year's convention is a hybrid event, and the District Director Eragon Fong, DTM; Program Quality Director Rainbow Lee, DTM; and Club Growth Director Rita Xu, DTM will attend the Global Annual Business Meeting onsite and communicate with candidates on behalf of District 89. We strongly recommend that each Club President or Club Secretary designate one of the Trio （Eragon Fong, Rainbow Lee or Rita Xu) as the club's proxyholder for voting via TI website. Let's work together to make our voices heard and ensure that District 89's members’ needs are represented at the International Convention!
今年的峰會是線上線下結合的形式，大區總監 Eragon Fong 方振輝; 教育質量總監Rainbow Lee 李秀蘭; 市場發展總監 Rita Xu 許麗霞 將代表 89 大區線下出席全球年度事務會議，並與候選人進行面對面交流。我們強烈建議每個分會主席或秘書（只需一人）將 Trio 三人（方振輝，李秀蘭或許麗霞 ) 中任何一人指定為分會投票的代理人，並通過國際演講會官網在線授權給代理人，讓他/她代表 89 大區投出神聖的選票。 讓我們共同努力，讓我們的聲音被聽到、確保 89 大區會員的需求在國際會議上被聽到！

The deadline of Assigning Proxy is 14th August 2025 by 11:59 a.m. (UTC+8, Beijing Time). I hope everyone can complete the authorization within the deadline and fulfill their due rights and obligations for their club.

The club’s proxy is assigned by either the Club President or the Club Secretary, who will designate the club’s proxyholder online through the Toastmasters International website. If one officer has already assigned the club’s proxy, no action is necessary from the other officer.
分會的代理人由分會主席或分會秘書指定，他們將通過 Toastmasters International 網站在線指定分會的代理人。如果一位幹事已經指定了分會的代理人，則另一位分會無需采取任何行動。

Step 1
Log in to Toastmasters International website: www.toastmasters.org

After logging in to the official website, place the mouse in the "welcome, (your name)” section, and when "My Home" appears, click on it.

Find "Annual Business Meeting' on this page.
下拉找到“Annual Business Meeting”.
2. Select the "Club Proxy & Voting Instructions" menu under Annual Business Meeting.
選擇Annual Business Meeting下面的 Club Proxy ＆ Voting Instructions 菜單.
Step 3
Click “Start” to the right of “Designate Proxyholder”
在“Designate Proxyholder”右側，點擊“Start”。
Step 4
Select one of the following three options to authorize : A member of the club, the 2025–2026 District Director, or another Toastmasters member.
從以下3個選項：“分會成員”，“2025-2026 大區總監”及“其他國際演講會成員”中選擇一個進行授權。
The following procedures are the instructions for authorizing the District Director 2025-2026.
下面操作步驟為授權 2025-2026 大區總監的操作示範。
Select 'District Director; and click 'Continue'.
點擊大區總監選項，並點擊“Continue”。
Step 5
Select 'I agree' then click on 'Continue'.
勾選“我同意”，點擊“Continue”。
Step 6
Enter this page and click “Continue” directly
進入這版面, 直接按 “Continue”
Step 7
You will see the name of the District Director, Chan Fai Fong, DTM, in this page, scroll down and
Enter your name in the "Signature" field, then click the box below, and click on "Confirm proxy holder".
你會在這一頁看到大區總監的名字, Chan Fai Fong, DTM, 請向下拉在“Signature”處輸入你的名字，然後在下面的小方框內打勾（點一下），然後點擊“Confirm proxyholder”。

If you want to designate to PQD Rainbow or CGD Rita, in Step 4, choose 'Other Toastmasters Member'.
**Please obtain PQD Rainbow Lee or Rita Xu’s TI Membership number in advance.

Take PQD Rainbow Lee（PN-xxxxxx） as an example. The procedure to designate CGD Rita Xu （PN-xxxxxxxx）is the same.
以授權教育質量總監李秀蘭(會員編號：PN-xxxxxx)為例。授權給市場發展總監許麗霞（會員編號：PN-xxxxxxxx）的操作步驟一致。
Enter "PN-xxxxxxxx" at the "Enter the proxyholder's valid member number below" and click "Continue". （Then will show Rainbow Lee, DTM）
在“Enter the proxyholder's valid member number below”處輸入“PN-xxxxxxxx”，點擊“Continue”。（此時會顯示Rainbow Lee, DTM）
同樣操作步驟5和6，大功告成！
