Details 冠军巡讲计划细则
1. The six cities include: Hong Kong, Macau, Haikou, Zhuhai, Fuzhou and Maoming. Each city will feature one event.
举办冠军巡讲的6个城市是：香港、澳门、海口、珠海、福州、茂名。每个城市举办一次。
2. The Champion tour will be held from September to November.
冠军巡讲将在9-11月期间举行。
3. The champions are sent by District and include talented and experienced speakers.
冠军由大区派遣，他们都是才华横溢经验丰富的演讲者。
Examples of potential speakers include D89 2023 Champions:
International Speech Contest Champion: Vanessa Li, Evaluation Speech Contest Champion: Andrew Yeung, Table Topics Speech Contest Champion: Shafraz Rifai, Putonghua Speech Contest Champion: Li Jing, and more!

Through our comprehensive network, champion speakers from the District will support our event to make it memorable, influential, and meaningful for our members.
通过我们的积极筹备，相信我们的冠军巡讲计划将是难忘的、有影响力的和有意义的。
4. The District is responsible for the champions' travel and accommodation costs, which will be booked directly by the PQD team, and no reimbursement process for clubs.
大区负责冠军差旅费和住宿费，将由大区PQD团队直接订票和酒店，无需俱乐部操作，无报销流程。
5. You may apply for CGD team's "Impactful Events Incentive Program" (released on August 30) to help with costs to organize the event.
请每个城市负责该计划的俱乐部结合CGD团队的“89大区俱乐部活动奖励计划！”（已于8月30日发布）来组织此活动，以取得CGD团队支持的场地费和招新奖励。
6. Event must be organized jointly by two or more than two clubs. Please note, event can not be organized at area or division level.
此活动必须由2个或者2个以上俱乐部联合举办，不可以由小区中区承办。
7. A draft agenda must be submitted three weeks before the event.
请负责组织的俱乐部在活动前三个星期提交流程表草稿。
