Toastmasters International 2025 International Convention was held in Philadelphia, PA, USA, from August 20th to 23rd 2025.
2025年8月20日至23日，国际演讲会（Toastmasters International）2025国际峰会在美国宾夕法尼亚州费城举行。
The Hall of Fame ceremony was held on the evening of August 21st, 2025 (local time). In the Hall of Fame, all the districts and individual leaders received awards for their great achievements.
其中，荣誉殿堂颁奖典礼在当地时间21日晚上举行。所有做出杰出成绩的大区和大区干事们得到了表彰。
In the Hall of Fame, more than ten (10) awards were presented during the event, and D89 achieved six (6) of them.
此次典礼共颁发了超过 10 个奖项，89大区荣获其中 6 项殊荣。

Select Distinguished District
优选杰出大区奖
To earn the title of “Select Distinguished District” in Toastmasters, the District must meet
达成“优选杰出大区” 称号条件：
(1). 3% increase of membership payments base;
(2). 3% net club growth; and
(3). Distinguished clubs equal to at least 50% of the District’s club base.
(1). 会员付费基数增長3%；
(2). 分会数量净增长达到3%；及
(3). 至少有 50% 的分会被评为 “杰出分会”

“The President’s Extension Awards” are presented to Districts for outstanding achievement in club building and retention.

District Club Retention Award
大区分会留存奖
With maintaining 98.88% paid clubs throughout the program year, as Rank 3 in all Districts, District 89 received the “District Club Retention Award”
89大区在2024-2025年度留存了98.88%的分会，作为全球排名第三，89大区荣获“大区分会留存奖”。

It is especially worth mentioning that during the membership renewal period in April 2025, we successfully achieved an outstanding 100% retention rate across all clubs.

President’s 20-Plus Award
总会长分会人数20+奖
The “President’s 20-Plus Award” celebrates those Districts that successfully motivate their clubs to achieve and maintain charter strength. The Districts with a high percentage of active clubs with 20 or more paid members at year-end receive this award.
“总会长分会人数 20+ 奖” 旨在表彰成功激励所属分会实现并保持创会人数要求的大区。年终时，活跃分会中拥有二十名或以上付费会员比例较高的大区将获得此奖项。
Congratulations to our District 89 District Director 2024-25 Tuly Lan, DTM, on receiving the “President’s 20-Plus Award” in recognition of successfully inspiring clubs to achieve and maintain the charter strength with 54.08% of clubs with 20-plus members.

The Program Quality Directors receive “District Program Quality Award” when:

(1). 85% of District Officers attend training; and
(2). meet Distinguished goals in number of Distinguished clubs.

(2). 杰出分会数量方面达成杰出目标
