District Council Meeting
At the District Council meeting held on 15 May 2026, the Council members voted to adopt the following business items.

Plan B of 7 Divisions (including the new Division Z) was adopted. 通过了包含7个中区 (加入Z新中区)的B方案。

想写在最后的话
Starting from the bid for the conference hosting rights in 2024, to today’s gathering of 350 toastmasters coming from far and wide, this has been our Two-year Toastmasters Journey.
We once questioned if we could make it all the way. Every discussion, every warm embrace and every quiet persistence now echoes under the spotlight this May.
从2024年竞选峰会主办权开始，到今天350人跨越山海的奔赴，这是一场长达两年的“跑马”。
也许我们曾怀疑过自己是不是能跑到终点，每一次争执、每一次拥抱、每一次沉默的坚持，都在这个五月，化作了聚光灯下的回响。
No feast lasts forever, but every ending heralds a new journey.
Thank you to everyone who dedicated yourselves to this event in the past two years. Ordinary individuals united can accomplish extraordinary feats.
盛宴终有散场时，但散场是为了更好的启程。
