Congratulate the following D89 Toastmasters Clubs which have successfully recruited five or more new members between August 1 and September 30, 2025 with membership commencing between August and September to earn the Smedley Award! Clubs which have successfully recruited five or more NEW members with membership commencing between February and March 2026 (including new registered members, dual members, or reinstated members) will win the next round of the Talk Up Toastmasters! Qualifying clubs can also earn a special discount code for 10% off their next club order!

Who is Mr. Ralph Smedley?
Mr. Ralph C. Smedley formed the first official Toastmasters club in 1924. He sought to create a collaborative learning environment where young men could learn the art of public speaking.
