About Emily:

Emily is a Professional Trainer, Coach, Senior Talent Management Consultant, and Registered Organizational Psychologist. She has over 18 years’ experience acting as business partner in in-house HR and Talent Management Consultancies. Serving APAC region, she provides professional service in talent acquisition, training & development, succession planning, and managing organizational changes, across different industries, including but not limited to banking and finance, tourism, logistics, property.

 

She is also the past District 89 Director at Toastmasters International managing HK, Macau and Southern China. Being the first female District Director for Southern China region, Toastmasters International is a non-profit educational organization that trains public speaking and leadership skills worldwide. She has joined Toastmasters since 2015 and achieved Distinguished Toastmaster in 3 years, which is the highest individual recognition in Toastmasters. She has also achieved distinguished educational and leadership awards recognized by Toastmasters International and won over 30 speech contests in recent years. She is an experienced trainer, facilitator, master of ceremonies, and contest judges for over hundreds of events.

 

In community, she was awarded Long Service Award (Gold) by Hong Kong Social Welfare Department, as Hong Kong Young Leader Awardee by JCI and Best Young Leader Awardee by Lions International. In family, she is a mother with two daughters. She is a dedicated educator devoted in developing kids’ personal talent, just as her dedication in developing young and professional adults in the community.
